Automatic Glaze Spraying Process for Ceramic Mugs

Customization Process
Once negotiations with the customer are completed, we will launch the new customized project.
1. If the customer provides drawings marked with dimensions, materials and special technical requirements, we can develop molds directly based on the drawings.
2. If no drawings are available but physical samples are provided, send the samples to our engineers. Our team will measure all dimensions, draw professional engineering drawings, and then manufacture molds accordingly.
Two mold options are available for customers: Option 1: Sample-only mold. Smaller in size and lower in cost, used solely for sample production. Option 2: Mass-production mold. Suitable for both sample making and bulk manufacturing.
After mold fabrication, mold testing will be carried out. Only qualified molds can be used for sample production. Our engineers will conduct full dimensional measurement, hardness testing and other performance inspections to guarantee premium sample quality, then send the samples to the customer for confirmation.
Mass production will be arranged after the customer approves the samples. The production procedures are as follows: Raw Material Inspection → Formula Preparation → Raw Material Mixing → Blank Cutting → Primary Firing → First Article Inspection → In-process Patrol Inspection → Deburring → 100% Visual Inspection → IPQC → Washing & Polishing → Secondary Firing → Final Quality Control → Packing
After mass production and final QC, qualified products will be packed into plastic bags first, then standard cartons. Our regular carton sizes are 46cm×33cm×33cm and 33cm×33cm×33cm. Cartons will be loaded onto pallets for large shipments. Custom packaging is also acceptable at an extra cost.
Shipping solutions: Small orders are normally delivered via international couriers including FedEx, DHL, TNT and UPS, or air freight. Large bulk orders will be shipped by sea or land transport.
