How do you ship and what documents do you provide?
We offer multiple shipping options: sea freight FCL full container & LCL less than container load, air freight, and courier for samples.
Our loading port is Changsha. We can work with your nominated forwarder.
Documents we provide: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (CO / Form A / FTA based on destination country), and test reports.
Custom shipping marks are available. Pallet size and stacking method can be confirmed upon order.

How do you quote and what are the payment terms?
We can offer quotations based on EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Quotation is valid for 90 days.
Our quote normally includes packaging, shipping marks and customs declaration; inspection/testing fees are quoted separately.
We accept T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and the balance 70% against copy of bill of lading. L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Regarding exchange rate fluctuation, the price will be adjusted accordingly if big currency swing occurs.
Volume tier pricing: better price can be offered when the quantity of single item reaches 10,000 pcs.

What materials and craft do you use?
We supply multiple ceramic body materials for different market positioning:
- Bone China: Thin, translucent and high whiteness. Ideal for premium gifts & hotel tableware.
- New Bone China / Vitrified ceramic: Cost-effective and chip-resistant, perfect for supermarkets and e-commerce.
- Stoneware: Thick body with matte finish, good heat retention. Widely used for café & Nordic style tableware.
- Earthenware / Semi-porcelain: Rustic texture, suitable for vases and coasters.
- Coasters: Available in ceramic, cork, silicone, stone and marble, customizable to your brand positioning.
We support various surface crafts including decal printing, silkscreen, pad printing, laser engraving, embossed molding and gold/platinum banding.

What is your sampling process and sample cost?
Here is our sampling arrangement for ceramic items:
- Sampling lead time: 【15】days for existing shapes with custom decals; 【10】days for private mold development.
- Sample cost: 【USD100】 per piece. Shipping cost is 【 prepaid】.
- Sample refund policy: Sample cost can be refunded or deducted from bulk order once your order reaches MOQ of 1000 pcs.
- Sample confirmation: We send physical samples together with high-resolution photos/videos for your approval. The confirmed sample will be kept as the standard for mass production.

Can you do OEM / ODM with our logo and packaging?
We support OEM and ODM services with custom logo and packaging. We offer various logo processes including decal, silkscreen, laser engraving, emboss and gold banding. We can supply different packaging solutions including mail-order boxes for e-commerce.

What is your MOQ?
MOQ differs based on products & custom requests. Ready goods have separate MOQ; custom logo and private mold items have different requirements. Mixed container and trial orders are available under certain conditions. Please contact us for exact details.

Do your products meet food-contact safety standards?
Yes, our ceramic tableware complies with global food contact safety requirements. We can conduct tests at your nominated laboratory. The testing cost and lead time will be provided upon your request.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer located in Liling, China, founded in 2015. Our factory covers a workshop area of 25,000 ㎡, with a monthly production capacity of [pcs]. We have our own export team to handle international orders directly.
Factory audits and live video plant tours are available upon request. We hold certificates including FCCA, BSCI and other relative compliance documents.
